Please follow the steps below:

| Step 1: |
Complete and return the Application For Admission and
Parent Questionnaire with a $100 non-refundable application fee. You may complete Step 2 before Step 1.

| Step 2: |
Arrange a Parent Tour of the school.
Contact Aileen Mitchner to schedule your tour.

| Step 3: |
Give the Student Evaluation Form to your child's current teacher with
the pre-addressed envelope.
Give the Student Records Release form to your child's current school
office personnel.

| Step 4: |
Contact Aileen Mitchner to schedule your child's two-day visit to the school.
Applicants are required to spend two consecutive days at our school in the
classroom of their current grade. Both the Student Evaluation form and the
student records must be received by the school prior to your child's two-day visit.

| Step 5: |
(Optional) Submit a Financial Assistance Information Request Form to our Financial Assistance Coordinator,
Judy Schiffer.

| Step 6: |
Admission decisions for grades 1 – 5 are based on space availability
and are mailed in April following re-enrollment of current Hausner students.
For students who are admitted, the signed enrollment agreement with a non-refundable deposit
of $1,500 is due in our school office one week following the mailing of the acceptance letter.
