The application deadline for our Middle School Program is January 15, 2009. Late applications are reviewed on a rolling admission basis
Please follow the steps below:

| Step 1: |
Arrange a Parent Tour of the school.
Contact Aileen Mitchner to schedule your tour.

| Step 2: |
Attend the Middle School Program Open House with your child.
The Open House is on Sunday, November 16, 2008 from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m.
RSVP to Aileen Mitchner.

| Step 3: |
Complete and return the Parent/Guardian Application Form with the
following:
- A recent photo of the applicant (not required, but highly recommended)
- The non-refundable application fee of $100
|
| Step 4: |
Complete and return the Student Application Form.
|
| Step 5: |
Contact Aileen Mitchner to schedule your child's school visit. (shadow)

| Step 6: |
Give the Student Evaluation Form with the pre-addressed envelopes to
your child's current English and Math teachers after November 1.
Students with one core teacher should have the second evaluation form completed
by the previous year's core teacher.

| Step 7: |
Give the Principal or Counselor Recommendation Form with the pre-addressed envelope
to the student's current principal, counselor or advisor after November 1.

| Step 8: |
Give the Transcript Release and Confidentiality Form to your child's
current school office after November 1.

| Step 9: |
(Optional) Submit a Financial Assistance Information Request Form to our Financial
Assistance Coordinator, Judy Schiffer.

| Step 10: |
Admission decisions for grades 6 - 8 are mailed on March 19, 2009. If the student is accepted, the signed enrollment
agreement with a non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is due in our school office on or before March 26, 2009.
