Amazing Opportunity -- Reduced Tuition
for Incoming 7th Grade Students for the
2008-2009 academic year

A generous donor has provided a grant to make tuition greatly reduced for new students entering seventh grade at Hausner.  The fund is being offered this year only and will pay fifty percent of the recipients’ tuition for seventh and eighth grades.  No financial qualification is required.

Parent Kesher (Kesher means connection)
Parent Kesher is our parent association that supports the students, staff and parents in a wide range of activities including holiday celebrations, staff appreciation, parent and family connections.

Parent Kesher dues are incorporated into the tuition.

Ruach Hours (Ruach means spirit, enthusiasm)
All families are required to provide at least 20 hours of service to the school, or pay the school for any shortage of meeting this commitment at the rate of $25 per hour. This participation requirement is per family, regardless of the number of children attending our school.

Financial Assistance
Families applying for financial assistance may indicate so on the contract, send a $250 deposit (instead of $1,500) per child, and follow the instructions on the "Parents' Guide to Financial Assistance."

A fundamental goal at Hausner is to provide all families in the community with the opportunity to send their child(ren) to our school regardless of economic circumstances. Families needing financial assistance are encouraged to apply. The financial assistance process is strictly confidential. Admission decisions are made separate and independent from financial assistance decisions.
