Current Positions Available

Director of Development

All aspects of fundraising and marketing for the school with regard to the campaigns.

A cohesive marketing and communications plan that promotes the school’s image and supports development efforts.

Strategic Development Planning

• Plan for the long-term financial security of the school.
• Implement endowment, estate planning and other long-term programs.
• Effectively work with and lead a team of lay leaders in developing a long-term development strategy.
  

Annual Fundraising

• Event Management - Evaluation and implementation of new and existing fundraising events.
• Development and oversight of Alumni fundraising program.
• Database maintenance including report generations.
• Evaluate and write grants.

Marketing

Develop a marketing plan and strategy to:

• Support the school development efforts, ongoing annual operating campaign, and capital campaign.
• Support retention:
  • Understand the strengths and weaknesses of the school from the parent perspective.
  • Develop ongoing effective feedback process.
• Promote the school's image.
• Build community relations.

Development of an appropriate cost/effective communications plan to:

• Manage the school's communications to maintain awareness and consistent image for Hausner across the following vehicles:
  • Web
  • Newsletter
  • Advertising
  • Brochures
  • Community/parent communications
  • Public Relations
